At approximately 1:10 PM on November 13th, James Burch was taken into custody in Powell, TN with the assistance of the U.S. Marshals Service Smoky Mountain Fugitive Task Force.
Burch has been transported to Loudon County Detention Center and is being charged with the following:
-Especially Aggravated Kidnapping
-Aggravated Domestic Assault
-Violation of Bond Conditions
