Seven members of the Loudon County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Team completed Basic SWAT School at the Knox County Sheriff’s Office Regional Training Academy.
The 5-day Basic SWAT School consisted of physical fitness training, firearms training, hostage rescue operations, building and room clearing techniques along with other specialized training tasks.
The following deputies completed the school:
-Sergeant Cole Rogers
-Corporal Brandon Dishner
-Corporal Luke Hawkins
-Investigator Caleb Green
-Investigator Clay Jenkins
-Investigator Chance Gray
-Deputy Trey Davis
The remaining members of the LCSO SWAT Team that did not attend this training will attend Basic SWAT School in early 2024 to complete the initial basic training for the agency’s SWAT Team.
