Over the last several months the Loudon County Sheriff’s Office has been taking applications for the annual Toys for Tots event that delivers gifts to families for Christmas in Loudon County.

The Sheriff’s Office receives donations or gifts from multiple organizations within Loudon County and the East Tennessee area to help build the gift bags for families. Once the gifts are received, LCSO employees and Trustees from the Detention Center build the gift bags for the families. In total over 100 families received gifts this Christmas season.

The week before Christmas we held a delivery day at the Loudon County Justice Center for families to stop by and pick up their toys.
