On Friday the Loudon County Sheriff’s Office wrapped up a 5-day Instructor Development Course that was instructed by Deputy Chief Rick Baker. The class consisted of officers from LCSO, Loudon Police Department and Lenoir City Police Department.
The course is designed to give the student knowledge of instructor techniques, characteristics, traits and equipment to use as an instructor. Students were required to build and present a 20 minute presentation as well as develop an 8 hour presentation.
