On Friday the Loudon County Sheriff’s Office wrapped up a 5-day Instructor Development Course. The class consisted of officers from all divisions within LCSO, including Detectives, Patrol Deputies, Corrections Deputies and Supervisors.
The course is designed to give the student knowledge of instructor techniques, characteristics, traits and equipment to use as an instructor. Students were required to build and present a 20 minute presentation as well as develop an 8 hour presentation.
