Last night, Sheriff Jimmy Davis and the LCSO celebrated the holidays with a Christmas Party held at the Tellico Village Yacht Club.

LCSO employees celebrated with dinner, an awards ceremony, multiple prize raffles, and finished the evening off with a surprise visit from Santa Claus.

Each year the Sheriff selects deputies or employees from each division to be awarded; Patrol Deputy of the year, Patrol Supervisor of the year, Corrections Supervisor of the Year, Male Corrections Deputy of the Year, Female Corrections Deputy of the Year, School Resource Deputy of the Year, Reserve Deputy of the Year, Employee of the Year and the Sgt. Chris Jenkins Selfless Service Award.
