Deputy Gabe Pendleton graduated from Class 026 at the Blount County Sheriff’s Office Regional Training Academy in Maryville this afternoon.
Deputy Pendleton along with 43 other law enforcement officers from all over Tennessee, completed over 400 hours of intense training aimed at preparing them for their new journey as a peace officer.
Prior to his appointment as a School Resource Deputy, Deputy Pendleton worked in the Corrections Division as a Corrections Deputy.
Deputy Pendleton is being assigned to LCSOs School Resource Officer Division at Greenback School and will begin his tour in the next several days.
We also want to congratulate and recognize Loudon City Public Safety Director Mike Brubaker on his graduation as well. Director Brubaker was the class president and the receipient of the Don E. Boring Law Enforcment Award of Excellence.
