GAS LEAK CAUSES NATURAL GAS OUTAGE AND ROAD CLOSURE
Lenoir City, TN – A gas line has been struck inside of Avalon subdivision causing a natural gas leak. First responders and Lenoir City Utilities are currently on scene.
At this time a small section of Oak Chase Blvd inside Avalon subdivision will be shut down while utilities work to stop the leak. Houses in the area will not have access to natural gas for several hours
Utilities expect to be in the area for the next several hours working to repair the gas line. At this time there is no danger to any surrounding residences.
